DRIVING DOWN PRAYER ROAD
Yesterday we went out to lunch with our beloved Yamada San.
She ended up bringing her friend Kazuko San and then afterwards we went on a
little excursion along the coast of Hachinohe. I've lived here for 5 months and
never realized how beautiful it is! (Pics included below). Yamada San took us
to a place which is nicknamed "prayer road". It's a place where she
often comes to converse with God and receive inspiration. It's interesting
because its just a straight, narrow road. There's no "fork", no two
separate paths. Just one.

Yamada San shared that when she drives down this road, she
can receive direct, personal revelation from God. God is all-knowing. He know's
the end from the beginning. When we receive true personal revelation from God,
there's no if's and but's, no contradictons, no reason to search out all the
facts. It's just one straight and narrow road to our answer. Isn't it wonderful
that we have Him as a source relating to all things? Never underestimate the power
of personal revelation.

BLT
The mission is currently in the midst of a friendly
competition entitled: Operation BLT (Bring lots of tomodati), which translates
to bring lots of friends! Here's the rundown of how its going to go. Person A
brings a friend (Person B) to an activity. We become friends with person B who
brings their friend (Person C) to the next activity and so on. Whoever goes
down the alphabet the farthest is the winner and gets the ultimate prize of
steak dinner. It`s been a blast so far and pretty much gives us a reason to do
fun activities all the time as long as we bring friends!

FOOD FROM HEAVEN
So this past week random people on the streets have kept
giving us food. Here's a list of what we've acquired.
- Strawberries
- Bananas
- Sweet red beans
- Three things of tofu
- Konyaku
- A can of sea urchins
It was the best! It goes to show that the Lord does send us
His angels to keep us happy, healthy and full!

OTHER GOOD NEWS
Yamada San has become an official investigator! She's a solid
person and we're planning on meeting with her again next week. Keep her in your
prayers!
